They take these ratings, average them, and then multiply by ten to arrive at averaged scores. They then may adjust the overall ratings based on user inputs and other signals to ensure these ratings best reflect the quality of the establishment.

11 - 15 Fair to Good
0 - 10 Poor to Fair
